What does a Champion do?

Champions are community leaders who identify candidates that would benefit from the pay, benefits, and stability of a new career, and who have the skills to thrive in that career. Hive Better streamlines those candidates’ applications. When that candidate is hired, Champions continue to coach them through their job transition. We estimate this time commitment is less than 20 hours over six months.

What are the job opportunities?

Hive Better hand-selects manufacturers who exceed safety requirements; pay above-average wages; offer medical, vacation, and other benefits; and have a track record of promoting frontline workers.

Can I refer other Champions?

Absolutely. In many circumstances, we pay you for referring great Champions.

What are the hiring criteria?

We make this as transparent as possible. While the criteria differ across jobs, the most consistent demand is for soft skills such as reliability, an interest in learning, and an ability to work in a team.

How do success bonuses work?

You can earn your community thousands of dollars. We pay you as candidates reach milestones ranging from completing their first week to completing six months to being promoted. Payments increase with every successful candidate.
